Be One

A Mental Health Poetry

ILLUMINATION

Be angry, be mad,
Be happy, be hearty,
Be sad, be sorrowful,
Whatever you want to be.

Be one, be one,
Just always be one,
Every minute,
Every second.

Every moment,
That crosses,
Your mindscape,
Be one.

But then one cannot,
Be angry all day,
Or be happy all day,
Or be sad all day.

What should one do,
To just shredded into,
All hues of emotions,
Whenever one waltzes in.

Or take control of,
One’s existence,
For once and for all,
One choice to rule them all.

If you can’t be always,
Angry, mad, sad, happy,
Then what is one thing,
You can be at all times.

Why is it that one should be,
Very happy and hearty,
When they are complimented,
Or applauded by scores of people.
