If you’re truly serious about transforming your life in 2024, then you have come across the right article.

2024 is the year you focus on your finances

2024 is the year you focus on your health

2024 is the year you focus on your priorities.

2024 is the year you focus on YOU.

Over the next couple of minutes, I will be giving you a list of things you can/ should do this year that will not only turn your life around but make you unrecognizable by the end of the year.

Before you keep reading, I would like to say THANK YOU for considering this article! As a token of my appreciation, I’d like to send you my Beginner’s Guide to Training E-book for completely free when you decide to subscribe to my Newsletter! You also get the added benefit of getting a notification whenever I publish an article :)

Drink lots of water:

Water is extremely vital to your health. The body is made up of 75% of water so it would make sense that that would be the majority of the liquid that you drank. Water plays a very vital role in many of our body’s functions including the transportation of nutrients to your cells, flushing out toxic wastes from our system, maintaining body temperature, etc.

There are so many pros to drinking water, that it wouldn’t make sense NOT to.

Cut out Sugar:

Now, when I talk about sugar, I’m not talking about the naturally occurring sugars found in oranges or other fruits. I specifically mean processed sugar. This can be found in soft drinks and other processed foods. Processed sugars contribute nothing to bettering your health. Some of the detriments include but are not limited to:

  • Increase risk of heart disease
  • Increase risk of cancer
  • Processed sugar can lead to an increase in cellular aging
  • Processed sugars have been linked to Acne
  • Can cause severe weight gain.
  • And the list goes on and on……

If you must consume a soft drink or chocolate bar (even though I don’t recommend it), I would say opt for a more nutritious/ dietary alternative of the soft drink i.e. instead of getting a regular Coke you can opt for Diet Coke or Coke Zero. If you really like chocolate bars, there are plenty of protein bars on the market that taste just as good if not better than your favourite chocolate bar.

Eat whole foods:

If you want to be unrecognizable by the end of the year, you should not only cut out processed junk food as a whole, you should opt for more healthy and nutritious food choices. A good rule of thumb when it comes to eating more nutritious foods is that you want your meals to be home-cooked. This allows you to have full control of how the food is made. You can also opt for meal plans if you do not have time to prep your meals.

If you’re struggling to get your diet on track, I got you covered. I have prepared an easily editable 5-day meal plan that includes the ingredient list, price per serving, macronutrient breakdown per serving, and how to prepare the meals. I’ll link it below if you’re interested in checking it out.

If you’re reading this article, Congratulations!

You’re already on the right path. While there are many modes of consuming information. I find reading to be the most productive and effective way to not only consume but also retain information. When it comes to reading, you have to be a lot more intentional, and more focused to extract the necessary information you need from the book, as opposed to other passive modes of consuming information such as audiobooks or YouTube videos.

Create just as much as you consume:

In a world where it’s so easy to consume content, information, and all sorts of media, be part of the people who create the media that other people consume. Write more, make a YouTube video, edit videos, etc. Instead of spectating from the sidelines, be the person people spectate. Be the person people look to for inspiration.

Become an Avid Risk Taker:

Get comfortable with taking more risks. Do things outside your comfort zone. Book that trip you’ve been procrastinating. Start that business. Start that podcast. Open that investment account. Start that fitness Instagram. Run that marathon. Keep doing things that make you uncomfortable cause it’s only when you’re out of your comfort zone that you can grow.

These are just some of the things that I believe you should implement this year to become unrecognizable by the end of the year.
