I’m an introvert.
I also always befriend the loudest person in every room.
Here’s what most people are in denial about.
Loud is attractive.
Too often, extremes spring to mind.
But loudness is the fuel of socialization. It’s the reason you and I have a type. These loud behaviours are oh so attractive.
React to the first offences
People pleasers assume everyone likes them.
Instead, people enjoy taking advantage.
Loud people will create a scene to get their message across. Situations spiral faster than a face of with a bothered cockroach.
Yes, uncomfortable.
Yet, they get what they want. Eventually, they also gather people’s respect.
Loud people do hard things earlier.
That’s a truth too strong for some to swallow.
Talk because nothing is a secret
My new pal has been in toxic relationships, workspaces, friendships.
She has had everything used against her.
