Bring Awareness to Your False Self

Carl Jung, the pioneering swiss physiatrist who founded analytical psychology, believed that the false self was a “violation of the natural disposition” of the authentic human experience. He believed it to be a serious problem in the patients he saw in the early 1900s with their symptoms being a direct result of living authentically.
