After a long break, I’m back with some stories from my heart.

Letting go is the willingness to change your beliefs in order to bring more peace and joy into your life instead of holding onto beliefs that bring pain and suffering." - Hal Tipper

As, it’s been a decade since my dear grandfather passed away. But his memories still stay with me. Sometimes, I still feel like he’s around, and it makes me teary-eyed. He was such a kind and gentle soul, always ready with a listening ear and a warm embrace. Even though he’s no longer here, his presence continues to comfort me in times of need. When that person leaves, he leaves scars behind their back, and we have to face those scars. And yet, those scars are a testament to the love and connection we shared, reminding me that the bonds of family are eternal.

Love and Hate, Intertwined:

When we love or hate someone, it's not just about them. It's about all the things we did together – like listening to music, watching movies, or visiting places. These memories are like a mix of happy and sad feelings. I remember how my heart would swell with joy when we danced to our favorite song together, or how it would ache with sadness when we argued over silly things. But through it all, I realize that love and hate are two sides of the same coin – inseparable and intertwined. And even though the pain of loss may linger, it's a reminder of the depth of our connection and the beauty of the moments we shared.

Letting Go:

Even though memories can be tough, I’ve learned it’s okay to let go. I find comfort in doing things alone that we used to do together. Like going to our favorite spots or listening to our favorite songs. It helps me say goodbye to the hurtful memories and move forward. And in those moments of solitude, I feel my grandfather’s presence guiding me, reminding me that love never truly dies – it simply transforms into something new. So, as I navigate the scars left behind by loss, I do so with gratitude for the love that once filled my heart and hope for the new memories yet to come.

The concept of letting go applies to all kinds of situations, whether it's a breakup, the loss of someone we love, or dealing with people who have hurt us. No matter what it is, it's important not to ignore our feelings. Telling ourselves it's okay to let go can be really helpful. It gives us the chance to heal and grow stronger, even when things are tough. Trust me, it really does make a difference.
