To the stranger walking the shoreline before me… be warned.

At dawn I start the day’s first walk
Someone’s been ahead of me
Who dares to stride upon my shore
Before I drank my tea

I went at noon the same day
I started out alone
The dogs came chasing after me
By evening we were home
