Colonizers Push Religion to Remain Superior and in Power
The Mega Churches's days are numbered.
One writer from Medium writes: I don’t know about that; there’s a certain part of the population that needs to believe. Some are exploited by megachurches, like the Catholic Church and Joel Osteen. Some merely quietly believe and respect others’ right to believe what they like.
What’s important is to educate and create enough freedoms that those who are agnostic or atheist can admit that they are. With human rights in place, religious belief should be private and another layer in a pluralistic society.
I don’t believe, but I love lots of people who have and do. They’re good people. But for the most part, we don’t have the Evangelical movement in Canada as they do in the US (it tries to grow but most people are too practical).
My response: I don’t know if they need to believe as much as they are afraid not to. All we need to believe in is our Father and Mother as our teachers of self and life, the two people who love us unconditionally, our Creators.
The Bible is clear about how we are to treat our parents. The fifth commandment says, “Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God (your Father) is giving you” (Exodus 20:12).
The majority of us are missing the main ingredient, the Father. We don’t need therapy, we need dad. Those of us who grew up without the provision and the protection a Father offers are lost and are looking for something or someone to believe in. They don’t believe in themselves. Without the encouragement of our Father, the world is a dismal place. If we grew up in a loving two-parent home and were never introduced to religion we would be fine.
As the colonizer’s stories of their told religious lies are exposed, good people will see them for what they are, the greatest stories ever stole, I mean told. By changing the name and color of Jesus they will see how it was the start of racism in the world as we know it and how it has affected them, their mixed children, and darker-skinned families across the globe. At some point, we are going to stop praising the whiteness of it, which is what is destroying the world, and realize it is all in our minds placed there by the white people who don’t give a fuck about non-whites. Racist people need religion to remain so that they remain superior and in power. Racism is a lucrative business controlled by the government. Racism and religion go hand and hand. Everything that goes up must come down. The shift has already started. Expect more wars. Evangelical Christians are not going down without a fight.
If we stopped giving millions of dollars to the churches, who funds the banks, who controls the currency, who decides who gets loans, what countries to support, what wars to fight, etc., we would be better off. God is not broke. God is love.
Superstition
A superstition is any belief or practice considered by non-practitioners to be irrational or supernatural, attributed to fate or magic, perceived supernatural influence, or fear of that which is unknown. It is a belief or behavior based on fear of the unknown and faith in magic or luck. It is a belief that certain events or things will bring good or bad luck. Superstition is magical thinking.
If one has not truly met God or Jesus, it would be considered an illusion, therefore giving less respect and appreciation to what is known. An illusion is an interpretation that contradicts objective “reality” as defined by general agreement. You know your parents. You know your siblings. You know your spouse and kids. You know that your payday is Fridays. If your check is short or does not appear in your account on Friday, you will find out why. Cognitive dissonance occurs when we give power to what we don’t know justifying the negative results. Insanity is doing the same thing expecting a different outcome. Religion is the root cause of mental illness.
Religion is organized Crime started by rich white men.
White America is already afraid that more of us are waking up to their lies and horrific crimes against humanity. When we understand, as a collective, and figure out that we are the Bible and we are the church, not the buildings, and that everything we hope for is already inside of us, we would suffer no more, and the world would become a more peaceful place. We are all connected by consciousness, divided by what we were programmed to believe. What is the purpose of being Christian if one can lie, steal, rape, rob, and kill? We are each other’s medicine and we need each other to survive. Those who lie, steal, rape, and kill look exactly like those we are waiting for to save us, be they religious or political. We are funding our demise. Follow the Money. The whole history of America is the history of rich white men telling not rich white people that Jesus is white and their enemies are black and brown people.
Ultimately, my purpose in this life is to end single parenting, especially single mothers, and we start with men. God created man in his image. God is love. We need our Father’s love for survival. Ending single parenting will change the entire world for the betterment of humanity. We cannot change the system, but we can change our understanding of it and how it works against us.
