Cracking the Code to a Healthier Me in 2024: Why Not Try These Tips?

As I aim for a better 2024, I’m thinking about the usual goals people set. This time, I’m skipping the usual health tips and sharing what I believe will really help me, and maybe you. Let’s chat about what will work on this journey to feeling a bit better this year.
A dance with light and dark
Discovering the dance between morning light and evening darkness will become a fundamental rhythm for a healthier lifestyle. I usually start my day before sunrise. My morning routine starts with soft yoga. Then I curl with my cat on the sofa savoring my coffee and read for half an hour some interesting Medium stories.
My intention this year is to start with natural light. I read that winding down in sync with the dark will not only improve my sleep but also harmonize my energy levels throughout the day.
