Curbing Your Anger in 2021

What a year. Or speaking for the majority of the entire world, quite the opposite. 2020 was a circus sideshow of a year, and now 2021 isn’t shaping up to be much better. Regarding myself, a variety of different emotions has flowed through my body, one of which is anger.
