Last Sunday was Daddy-Daughter Day.

Officially, it was National Daughters Day. Us Dads commandeered the day for ourselves. And our daughters. No offense to Moms.

Don’t sweat it if you were caught unaware. Like me. National Daughters Day is not highly publicized. There’s no reference in our Google calendar. Advanced warnings in the media. Or proclamations from local politicos.
