Fruits and vegetables have always been suggested as part of healthy living, now we have a sound reason to eat more of fruits and vegetables, daily. Imperial College, London, 95 studies of close to two million people over a period says, up to ten servings daily will do the trick.
āāFruit and vegetable intake and the risk of cardiovascular disease, total cancer and all-cause mortality-a systematic review and dose response meta-analysis of prospective studiesāā by D. Aune et al is published in the International Journal of Epidemiology.
The results, published in the International Journal of Epidemiology, also assessed the risk of dying before your time.
