Dear God, Give Me This Day My Daily Laugh (to Survive the Political Shit Show).
How are you staying sane while Trump and his Court Jesters wreak havoc? I love political satire. Nothing gets me through the End of Democracy blues, more than mocking idiocy.
For the most part the only two pundits I follow now are Robert Reich (balances chronic bad news with some positives), and satirist Andy Borowitz.
I micro dose news (read vs watch) and try to breathe through Trump/Musk’s latest slaughters and attempts at over reach.
Friends send me articles, and I catch whiff of their political Facebook posts and think, aw crap, I better do something about this.
I have to semi know what’s going on so I can respond with calls to action via Resist.bot or 5 Calls to my representatives, all of whom in my MAGA Sunshine state of Florida, are Trumplicans.
I also make it a habit to read and watch a lot of funny.
