Did You Know Your Medium Earnings Can Sometimes Lag?

I received payment for a story on a day it had zero views

I noticed a story show up in my Medium earnings recently that hadn’t made any money this month. Since the views have been mainly external for this one, it hasn’t generated much income. (As you know, Medium only pays for internal reads of paying members.)
