Pretend that you own a fabulous Ferrari or other dreamy sports car. You want it to run smoothly and have longevity, right?
Would you put just any ole’ cheap gas in it? Nope! You are heavily invested in that expensive sports car. You are going to give it premium gas!
Now substitute that sports car with your brain. You should be way more invested in your brain than an expensive sports car in the first place, right?!
