This means standing up for yourself, to stop kowtowing to the fear hanging over you. See through the false threats of authority and do what it takes to play your role in the advancement of your self-responsibility.
Find those people you would deeply desire to work with, to create a new vision, to call in the resources to support its development. Delve into the possibilities of new ways of working, and set an example for others. For the workplace must change, any system built on fear will crumble.
You have a choice. Evolve or devolve.
Every single person is being faced with this option, the future of humanity hangs by a thread. Only when we are willing to come in communion through our hearts with others can we really shift forward and over the threshold to a new future.
Be clear of any areas in your own life where you are dominating with control and be willing to surrender. Become the point of difference, trust in the flow of life, and spend more time doing the “inessential things”.
The essence and creativity of human beings are the true currency. Your inner bank account is already overflowing with potential when you embrace it. Life will soon be upon us where there will be no option to work in our old jobs, a new wave of existence will begin to wash through us, drowning out our attachments to the material and ideals of security.
