Dizzy- A Poem
Dizzy.
Dizzy, my mind swirls like a leaf in the breeze,
Lost in a maze of thoughts, where nothing is clear.
The world around me spins, as if in a dance,
With every step, I feel like I might lose my chance.
I’ve traveled down roads that seemed so right,
Only to find that they led to a dizzying height,
Where I stand, gazing down at the ground below,
Feeling both small and powerless, yet in full control.
But still I press on, seeking to find my way,
With each step, the dizziness begins to fade away,
Till I reach my destination, calm and serene,
Where I am grounded, and my mind is free.
So, I stand tall, ready for what the future brings,
And I look back at the dizziness that once had me spinning,
With a smile, knowing that I’ve faced it with grace,
For in that dizziness, I found my own steady pace.
