Do Not Let Overthinking Hold You Back

We have all come across a situation where we are stuck in our thoughts. It might be a difficult decision we have to make or a problem we are struggling to find the answer to.
In most of these situations, we can feel isolated. It seems like no one understands what we are going through. And there may be people to speak to, but we often feel that it is a problem we must solve by ourselves.
The scariest part about these situations is that we tend to be unaware of how long we are stuck in them. We can be thinking about a decision for a week or even months before we decide to finally take a step.
There will always be times in our life where we must take calculated decisions. These are the ones that often take a little more time to think about. However, decision making has become even more complex than ever before.
Now, we have thousands of articles to read and YouTube videos giving us advice on every element of our lives. Not to mention, we still have friends, families and colleagues who all have valuable insight.
