Do Routines Really Work?

I tried many, but here is the only one working.

I love doing experiments. In fact, that’s one of the reasons I was so inclined to learn about electronics at a very young age.

I remember I have opened almost all the appliances at home.

Why?

  • I try to fix them.
  • I try to see what's inside.
  • How they work, etc

I am glad I am living an experimental lifestyle.

What are the benefits of an experimental lifestyle?

An experimental lifestyle helps you live a meaningful life. Period

Instead of blindly following people, especially fake gurus, you put everything into practice. Now, the big question arises.

How to do it?

It’s pretty simple.

Instead of doing something for a year and six months, just trick your brain into thinking you will do this task for merely 30 days.

Condition: I can understand that life happens, and sometimes you have to skip a day or two. That’s totally fine. By doing 50+ 30-day challenges, I learned that it won't hurt you as long as it's not consistently more than two days.
