Today’s article is also part of my 30-plus-day challenges, which started with waking up at 4:30 a.m. each day, taking a cold plunge, and doing the hardest task.

Let’s try to understand what it means to do the challenging task first thing in the morning.

Many people start their day by doing the easiest task, and most of the time, I observe that they start scrolling aimlessly.

For example

Checking emails

Glancing at LinkedIn or Instagram

Exploring different sites

But here’s the real issue.

Most of the time, we try to hide behind doing easy tasks when, in reality, we have to do some hard things to move ahead in life…
