Life is too dang short to get out of bed and start worrying about what needs to be done first!

Each day we know there are things we need to do. But typically … what comes first?

We all know … there are those days we have something we “must” do. Maybe we have a dentist's appointment! That makes what we do first and second relatively important and probably associated with the dental visit.

Let’s suppose there is no “earth-shattering” appointment or deadline!

Let’s work from this point of view.

  • Toilet use
  • Brush teeth
  • Wash face
  • Get dressed
  • Stretch

Okay, I know… silly, but what we do! Now what? Have a cup of coffee? Definitely!

A little quiet time is good for me. Having that coffee and reading time first thing is what is good for me. This leads me, the maker of lists of things to do, to pick up a journal. I do suggest it might be a good idea!

My reading and quiet time start me to remember what may be most important today!

I have so many lists it is hard to find…
