Does Elon Musk rule the world now?
Is it his world and we’re all just living in it?
As a child, I would stand on top of the semicircle monkey bars and shout:
“I’m the king of the world!”
I mean, at 8 years old, what child didn’t? I knew that dream would never come true for me, or for anyone for that matter.
But that seems to be changing.
In what feels like a parallel universe, a dream we can’t wake up from, I keep rubbing my eyes and punching myself. But it’s all true.
Elon musk is truly the king of the world. Here’s how he’s doing it:
Musk Wants to Buy Twitter
Each day, over 200 million people use the social media platform Twitter. And why wouldn’t they?
It’s fast, easy, and it lets us say what we want to say in short form writing. It’s become a part of many of our lives. No wonder why Elon Musk wants to buy it.
According to Bloomberg, Musk offered to take Twitter Inc. private in a $43 billion deal. In doing so, he says he can unlock the “extraordinary potential” of the platform. He said he would pay $54.20 per share in cash, 38% above the price on April 1. Those are a lot of numbers to chew on.
