Do we stay still when problems arise?

Will staying still and dwelling on what happened help in solving the problem and getting us to where we want to be? I don’t think so.

Staying still and dwelling on what has happened would make you feel anxious and stressed, with a pressured chest and an upset stomach. That is where it would take you.

During those times, remember why you started and what brought you to this point.

You had a dream of a change, and you worked yourself to that dream, but you knew the journey would not be easy and straightforward.

It is a journey of ups and downs, and that is what makes it interesting and worth living.

You have dreamed of the destination, but you were at point zero. You had no clue where to start or what to do, but you started anyway with the knowledge you had, and you took the pledge that you would learn as you went to overcome the challenges along the way.

Some challenges were okay, and you passed them. Even if you thought that those were easy to overcome and pass, let me tell you that this is not the case.

The challenge remains as it is, but you have changed and grown stronger to the point where you see that those challenges are normal and easy to overcome.

So when you reach a point where your mind makes you think that you have reached a dead end, don’t give up.

You have come a long way. This challenge you now see is a dead end; you just still haven’t figured it out.

Keep trying and pushing; don’t stay still; that is your worst choice to make.

Your mind will keep thinking of what has happened and will keep you in the illusion of no place to go.

Instead, do as you have always done: dream, remember the destination, write down all the possible actions that you can take, prioritize them, and start working on them one by one.

Along the way, while you are working on the first actions that you have written down, you will get more ideas and thoughts for how to overcome and pass, and you will add them to your list.

You can achieve anything if you set your mind to it.

Don’t remain still; act now.

Having a mentor who guides you along the way and supports you is invaluable.

Find someone who helps you grow and overcome your toughest moments when others may lose hope in you, but they don’t.

If you don’t find that person, don’t give up on yourself; always believe in yourself no matter what others tell you; and be your own best friend.

I wish you all the best as you take action and work towards your dream.
