If you don’t know who Chris Hogan is, it’s too late. You won’t hear from him personally for some time after his announcement on March 10, 2021. This story is so much more than just about him, anyway.
This is really the story of spouses and former employees of Ramsey Solutions like Amy Fritz, Melissa J. Hogan, and Caitlin O’Connor who filed a federal lawsuit last year against Ramsey Solutions. She was fired soon after she requested FMLA for her pregnancy. She was a four-year-long employee having a child out of a committed long-term relationship. Hogan’s statement on March 10, 2021, comes two days after attorneys for Caitlin O’Connor filed requests for Hogan’s personnel file.
What does one have to do with the other, you ask? Ramsey Solutions learned of Hogan’s infidelity in 2018, yet a female team member was let go soon after requesting FMLA. News4 Nashville reports Ramsey attorneys responded…“is a purveyor of biblically-based educational resources, prohibits employees from engaging in premarital sex. Plaintiff’s employment was terminated for violating this rule.”
