Easing My anxiety When I have so Much to Do

I swear it isn’t easy at all.

I’m the type of person that barely ever finishes things. I have a million things to do. I always seem scattered. I procrastinate often. Leaving me to cram everything in at the last minute or turn things in late.

I swear, I’m working on it. It’s a slow grind. However, it is a grind. This is due to a myriad of things. They all boil down to these three though.

  1. I’m a Perfectionist
    I’m a Virgo, you know how that goes. I also have childhood trauma that I’m unlearning. I’m trying to break from this cycle of seeking perfection. This came from a desire to please, not disappoint, and help others. This came from a strict upbringing. This created levels of anxiety that stop me from completing a task unless everything is planned out perfectly.
  2. I lack Self-Confidence
    Due to my need for perfectionism, I struggle with self-confidence. I’m always second-guessing myself. I consistently think I’m not worthy, especially if everything doesn’t go well. It’s a natural struggle because confidence would go a long way if I generated it consistently. This also stems from the trauma of perfectionism that I’m breaking down daily.
  3. I’m Constantly Competing With Myself
    More so self-evaluating. More so beating myself up. I spend a lot of time with…
