I love snacks — but they can become a nightmare if you let them get out of hand.

It’s easy to snack mindlessly, especially when you are troubled with something on an emotional level or when caught in stressful circumstances.

Over a long period, these small things not only inhibit weight loss but hinder your health.

One way to combat unhealthy snacking is through self-reflection.

It can be somewhat painful to realise the key reason for your snacking — but believe me, it will instantly end your problem.

Of course, you will be wondering why it had never occurred to you to do this before. Sometimes it’s helpful if a coach brings up a new concept and you allow it time to ferment in your mind.

Now, you can also eat healthily and put on weight too.

Don’t let health fool you into believing that you can overindulge in foods for the sake of their health factor.
