Cancel big meetings
This one is great. Musk takes meetings where he doesn’t feel like he’s adding value, and he cancels them. He said in his letter that meetings are only worth it if the outcome is worth at least as much as the time spent in it. If you’re wasting time on meetings that aren’t benefiting you or your company, cancel them and don’t let anyone else know!

If you have a meeting scheduled every week, you might as well save some time and skip it. Nothing is more time-wasting than a meeting that has to happen, but nobody has to do anything about it.
