Do you ever feel overwhelmed by the pressures of life’s daily demands? There is so much going on — there’s not enough hours in the day. You need a break but can’t find time for yourself.

Maybe you don’t even feel like you deserve ‘me time’ with all you have going on.

As women, we find ourselves in the role of caregivers. Unfortunately, this can come at the cost of neglecting our own care, desires, and needs. We feel obligated to prioritize others because we feel we have no choice.

You’ll make time for yourself someday when that changes or this happens.

What if I told you that someday will never come. You need to make the time — why not start today? Yes, today — turn one day into Day One.

Self-care is often misconstrued as selfish, but it’s quite the opposite. By prioritizing your mental and emotional well-being, you will be better equipped to show up for others and contribute positively to your relationships and communities.

The practice of self care is a great stress management tool as it helps reduce anxiety and depression. You connect to inner peace, which increases your levels of happiness and joy.
