I was born and raised in Japan. I played football and watched the fierce derby between Liverpool and Manchester City on March 10th, 2024.

The game was nothing short of extraordinary.

The performance by our very own Japanese captain, Endo Wataru, against Manchester City for Liverpool was nothing short of spectacular.

His stats from the march are below:

Endo was top-notch, right from his tough tackles to his accurate passes. Although the game was set at midnight, I couldn’t look away as the game was an adrenaline-pumping ride, ending in a nail-biting draw.

And guess what? The cherry on top was Endo Wataru, named Man of the Match.
