Did you notice that we are all living after a set of routines? Waking up, making coffee, having or not breakfast, going to work, watching movies in the evening, etc.. Our all life is based on patterns, on what we know because this gives us ground, confidence, give us belonging.

I have noticed that even after a change, taking me as an example, after moving to the sea I created all sort of routines, like having my coffee in the mornings, working with some music on from the TV channels, going for a walk on the beach, doing groceries, watching some TV series.

Of course there are good and bad routines. I think it depends on us which ones we want to keep. But the essential is that no matter where we go or what we want to do, we will always create some routines to feel safe in our environment.

Today I want to break some of my routines, having the coffee instead of home on TV, on the beach listening to the waves, feeling the sand and breeze, being outside. The bad routine is watching TV, but this should change any time soon when the weather will get warmer and I will be able to spend more time outside, getting some tan, having more activities in nature, running also is something that I want to do.

Overall being outside, close to nature is a benefit for your mental and physical health.
