My Breakfast consist of a smoothie filled with antioxidant-rich fruits, my stack of supplements and some superfoods added to the mix — a dash of honey, some yummy keto granola and lots of cinnamon.

I cannot go a day without this rich source of nutrients.

It starts my day with sunshine and provides me with the best post-workout meal possible.

Smoothies are light, nourishing and satisfying. All that fibre does its job, keeping my gut health in great condition.

Anything left over is placed in a sealable bag, frozen, and ready to use during my morning smoothie.
