Are you feeling the effects of Fall? As the days grow shorter, gloomier, and chiller many of us find it difficult to make the transition from summer to fall.

Can you relate?

You might feel a loss of energy leaving you less motivated than just a few weeks earlier. And feeling sad as we move from one season to another. How can you continue with the theme of designing a great day, even when you may not feel that great? To help with this transition and to bring some relief to what is known as Seasonal Affective Disorder, known also as SAD, I did some research and found:

1. Set some NEW intentions for this time- It’s easier during summertime to be open to exploring NEW things and developing NEW interests. We feel more positive, and energetic and might even have more free time during that time of year. In the autumn months, we can help ourselves by making time to focus on NEW interests and finding things we can enjoy doing this time of year which gives us something to look forward to.
