Its ability to slot into your lifestyle, needs and wants makes it all the more appealing.

I have tried many different intermittent fasting methods, which have worked excellently. Initially, I wanted to lose a specific amount of weight and did so easily.
Having one meal a day, a few times a week, helped.
Then I would use the 12-hour 16-hour and allow myself to eat regularly once per week.
