When starting the new year, I aim to stop the habits that caused me the most pain and instead make the necessary changes to support my mental and emotional health.
Nowadays, where we work doesn’t matter; our limits are pushed as often as possible. The need to make more money, have more impact and still run our lives well can start to impact our health.
Last year, I was sick many times than I feel comfortable with.
I was working when sick, pushing my body to its limits and running it to the ground. Resentment and a negative mindset were the results.
Truth be known, it was all my fault.
These things would not have occurred without applying the necessary boundaries for my well-being.
