Don’t demand others’ standards of yourself

Each of us is a unique individual, and we should be wonderful in our own way. However, some people will use other people’s standards to demand themselves, and always hope to live like others.

It seems that having the happiness that others have is what life should be like.

There is no need to look left and right to lose happiness, and there is no need to look around to lose happiness.

Instead of wasting energy blindly competing with others, it is better to calm down and focus on yourself.

Life is varied, and there is more than one way to happiness. There is no need to envy others’ beauty too much, we also have our own brilliance.

Increase exercise appropriately

There is a saying: “The most important thing in life is to have a good body, a good mood, and a good attitude.”

And exercise can give us all of these. When you are entangled and wandering because of trivial matters in life, you can try to exercise. Only when your body is exercised can you face new challenges in a better state.

Appropriately increase exercise, the process may be very hard, but when you stick to it, every drop of sweat you shed will help you reduce internal consumption and give you back to the best state.

Give yourself positive psychological hints

Some people in life will be afraid of things that have not happened. In fact, what really makes you anxious is often not the difficulty itself, but the negative suggestions in your heart.

When you think “I messed up something again”, you might as well think like this: “I have accumulated some useful experience”;

When you are anxious “I may not be able to achieve a good result”, you might as well think like this: “I am anxious because I am working hard, and I am really great for working hard!”

Positive psychological suggestions can give you the courage to overcome difficulties. Learning to adjust your negative thoughts about things is the key to getting rid of internal friction.

One small step forward

If you often fall into “mental internal consumption”, you don’t have to blame yourself for it, nor do you have to demand that you change immediately.
