Gaza Starvation Crisis — Humans Are Deliberately Starving Children
Must history repeat itself for humanity to start saving our children’s lives?
Watching the news this morning, my heart was ripped apart again. Tears flooded my eyes and heart. Yes, the tears were coming from the eyes in my heart.
How can anyone remain silent after seeing this? How can those in power sleep, eat, and continue living as if all is well? How can humans lick their hearts, eyes and emotions to the pain of hunger these children are enduring? Looking at the faces of these children, pain surged through my body, heart, soul, and mind. I see myself and feel the horror of hunger and pain I had experienced as a child growing up in poverty. I see myself, my children, nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters, brothers, humans suffering in a world where silence, food, water, and simple basic necessities have become a nuclear weapon.
