My drive for fitness developed from my low childhood image. I was mostly “husky” as my Italian mother took to describing me to her friends. She was right along with one of my friends, who innocently pointed out how big my thighs were when I sat down in fourth grade. An observation that resulted in me punching him. However, they were right.
