😀 Since the new year is coming and it has only few days left. There are few things that needs to be taken care in upcoming year.

As the clock ticks down on next year, I find myself reflecting on the baggage I’ve carried and the things that have held me back.

So, here’s my personal roadmap for bidding farewell to the old and embracing the new in 2024.

Here are the few things that needs to be taken care in year 2024.

1-Spending too much time on social media

Spending too much time on social media can disrupt your way of living life. Now a days this has become a new way of wasting time. You will lose out on the best things in life.

2-Avoiding confrontation

Don’t avoid confrontations. Because the suppressed feelings will keep burdening you the entire year.

3-Multitasking

As per me multitasking is a myth for human being. The human brain cannot perform two tasks that require high-level brain function at once. Low-level functions like breathing and pumping blood aren’t considered in multitasking. Only the tasks you have to “think” about are considered. What actually happens when you think you are multitasking is that you are rapidly switching between tasks. Focus on one task at a time or else, you may end up ruining everything you are working on.

4-Negative Energy

Negative emotions can cause stress, which in turn impacts your health. Stress can destroy your body’s hormone balance, impair the immune system, and drain your positive brain chemicals. Negative energy in the form of poorly expressed anger can cause dysfunction of the heart and digestive system. Leave behind all the negative energy and focus on the positive and good side. It is all about perspective.

5 -Comparisons

Now a days almost 90+% peoples are comparing themselves with others. Which is not good because everyone has different capabilities. So need to focus on your strength but don’t get sad or jealous from others success or growth. Don’t compare yourself to others. Embrace your authentic self.

6-Overthinking

Now a days overthinking has become a very serious problem. There are many things happens in humans life and few peoples starts overthinking. Which is not good for growth.

My brain tends to work overtime, analyzing every little detail until I’m stuck in a whirlwind of thoughts.

Not anymore.

In the coming year, I’m making room for spontaneity.
After all, the best stories aren’t written in a script; they unfold naturally.

7-Staying in Your Comfort Zone

It’s very easy to stay in your comfort zone. It’s comfortable and it’s cozy but it will not take us anywhere.
So decide that in the new year you will not stay in your comfort zone but will come out of it.
Decide to embark on new adventures that may be a bit risky and you may be somewhat apprehensive about them.

8-Caring What Other People Think

This is a very serious problem from few decades. Many people build their life depending upon what others think about them. It’s not important what others’ opinions about you are. Each person will have a different opinion depending on their own perspective. So the matter is it’s you who should decide what is good and what is bad for you depending upon your capability and situation.

9-Trying to Please Everyone

It’s human nature to try to make everyone happy. You need to realize that you cannot please everyone. Stop trying to do it.

No matter how much you try to please others, it’s just impossible to please everyone. You need to come to terms with this truth and accept it once and for all.

You only need to choose what is best for you instead of what makes other people happy.

Go into the new year with the decision that you are not going to try to please everybody. Do what needs to be done with your goals in mind.

10-Excuses

From Year 2024, it will be beneficial for you if you stop making excuses.

Start finding new opportunities to do wonderful new things related to your goals and your purposes.

So stop thinking about excuses for not doing things and look for new opportunities to get things done.

If you really want to do it, you do it. There are no excuses.

I would like to complete this article by a quote written below-

“ It’s never too late to become who you want to be. I hope you live a life that you’re proud of, and if you find that you’re not, I hope you have the strength to start over. ” — F. Scott Fitzgerald
