People who think there is a soulmate or “The one” out there for them are delusional.

It’s a cute idea but not realistic.

Think about the odds of finding your one perfect partner in a world with billions of people.

The odds of that happening are, well, a billion to one.

The other reason it doesn’t make any sense is because of past relationships. Many claim this person is their soulmate and perfect puzzle match. Yet, they would have to quit dating or looking forever when that relationship goes south. If you find your soulmate and have that relationship disintegrate, only to date again, that’s delusional.

We make things up and change answers to suit our needs.

Stuff like that happened with COVID-19, and people were making rules and changing them to suit their situation. I was also guilty of this, so I’m not preaching. There are many people out there who are perfect for you and are not limited to any individual.

At least that’s good news, and you have some hope if you’re still single or in a relationship going down faster than the Titanic.
