A micro poem

Photo by Theodor Vasile on Unsplash

If you won’t
let me give you any help
I don’t know why I have these hands
Why must I reel my nature in
I thought that you would

If I can’t
open up the world
It dulls my heart that longs to shine
So let me help you fly away
That’s who I am
It’s time to smile.
