Much of what we do is automatic. Like a well-oiled machine, we move through life driven by routines and habits we’ve unknowingly built over time. But are they working for us or holding us back? Patterns

Most of us barely notice the patterns woven into our daily lives. Are these patterns good or bad? Do they really matter? The answer is a resounding yes! Patterns, whether positive or negative, profoundly impact our lives. So why do we often overlook them?
While you can technically say patterns, routines, and habits are synonymous, I prefer to differentiate each, reserving patterns as those things that cover larger areas of life over time.
A few patterns in life include:
