How daily dose of calcium can lower your bowel cancer risk
New study finds that daily intake of calcium lower the risk by 17%
According WHO, (World Health Organisation), colorectal, or bowel cancer accounts for 10% of all cancer death worldwide. It is a cancer that affects the bowel, the large intestine and the rectum.
There is a corelation of the risk with age, with over 50s particularly at a higher risk. Unfortunately, this particular cancer is without any symptom at the early age, but later symptons include among others, diarrhoea, blood in stool, constipation, fatigue, low iron level and unexplained weight loss.

In a study, by the IARC , (International Agency for Research on Cancer), of of 1.9m people with corectal cancer, in 2022, it found out that eating healthily do lower the risk of illnesses, particularly corectal cancer. Healthy plate is a balanced one with fruits and vegetables. And regular physical activity matters as well.
