How Dreamer Boys Become Doer Men
Most men have #2 and #3 but lack #1 — The final puzzle piece of manhood
Jack, a poor farmer boy, took his mother's last cow and traded it for a bag of magic beans.
His mom got furious; the cow was their only real asset.
So she took the magic bean bag, threw it out of the window, and sent Jack to his room without a dinner.
The next day, Jack was shocked that the magic beans had become a massive beanstalk that touched the clouds. Curiosity made him climb that beanstalk, only to find himself in the castle of an unfriendly giant.
The giant cries:
Fee-fi-fo-fum!
I smell the blood of an Englishman.
Be he alive, or be he dead,
I’ll grind his bones to make my bread
Jack is nimble, however, and outruns the monster; on his way out of the castle, he grabs the first three items he sees:
- A Golden Harp
- A Golden Goose
- A Prisoned Princess
He runs down the beanstalk and immediately chops it down. The monster tumbles to the earth and dies.
Jack, the giant killer, becomes the man and the hero of his town.
