How I Deal With The Sweet and Salt People
Balancing the diverse types of people in our lives
In my work life and beyond, I have met many people: the students I taught, my colleagues, and my friends and acquaintances. They are all different and have many talents.
I found some people with sweetness in their words and warmth in their actions. Their genuine care makes me feel secure, and I enjoy being in their presence.
I find them like sugar in my tea. They have always made my life gentle, pleasant, and easy to sip.
Some “salt” people bring challenges, criticism, bluntness, or even bitterness into my days.
There are sweet people whom you would love to meet repeatedly in friendly gatherings. Even after I left full-time work, people still visit me and spend much time with me. It is a pleasure to be with them.
In such gatherings, some people are not pleasant but behave so sweetly. These people give incorrect facts about you behind your back and try to show you down.
These people are not only salty but also bitter, but they are present in our lives, and we must learn to work around them.
