How I Multiplied My Subscribers in One Month Without Creating Content

Currently, I have 5,837 subscribers to my newsletter.

By next week, I’ll probably have surpassed 6,500.

I can say this confidently because I have predictable lead generation strategies.

On average, I add about 500 new subscribers each month. Some stay, some go.

But overall, the growth is net positive.

It Wasn’t Always Like This

Last year, around this time, I struggled to reach 30 subscribers per month.

To achieve that, I had to:

  • Post content daily.
  • Write every day.
  • Constantly monitor my metrics.

Today, It’s Different

  • I could go a month without posting content and still attract leads.
  • I post content when I feel like it.
  • I only spend about an hour per month on lead generation.

Here’s my hot take: content is the slow way to build an audience.

You don’t need to write every day.

You don’t need to be consistent.
