How I Plan on Making Meditation Stick During This Pandemic

Over recent years, meditation has turned into the holy grail of self-improvement. Yet, after trying to incorporate it several times into my routine, I still couldn’t turn it into a daily practice. In the following, I made a plan on how I will ultimately make the habit of meditation stick.
