Say to yourself just before going to sleep at night, “Wake me up at 4 a.m.” You will wake up precisely at the said time. It will make you believe that the subconscious mind can do wonders. It is scientifically based on the cause-effect relationship. You can see it knows time without a clock. It has the power to do things beyond human reason and logic.
