The Pomodoro Technique

If you’re like most people, you spend most of your time in front of a computer or a tablet, and you don’t have a lot of time to do anything else.

But what if you could get more done in less time? What if there was a technique that could help you do that?

Well, there is. It’s called Pomodoro Technique and it’s been around for a long time. The idea behind it is that you set a timer for 20 minutes and then you work on the task. Then you take a break and do it all over again. You can do this for as long as you want, but the idea is to make it as easy as possible for you to stick with it. If you can’t stick to it, it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been doing it; you’ll just have to start over. that’s Set your timer and start working on the first task of the day. By the time you got to the second task, you were so tired that you had to take another break. But by the end of that 20-minute break, your brain was ready for the next task. That’s how you can manage to get through the entire day without taking a single break!

So how does it work? Well, here’s what it looks like, you start with a list of things you’d like to accomplish. So, start by writing down all the tasks you have on your-do list. When you are done with that list, the timer goes off and the task is assigned to you. Once you have completed that task (which can take anywhere from 10–20 minutes depending on how busy you are), you get back to your list and write down another task to complete.

This process repeats itself until you run out of tasks. At that point, all you need repeat the process over and over until my mind is completely focused on one task at a time, which is exactly how it should be.
