How To Design The Perfect Daily Routine (Science Backed)
A few years ago, while doom-scrolling through Instagram, I came across a quote by Oscar Wilde:
“To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.”
You know that meme where the math equations float around?
Yeah, that was me realizing: “Huh… he’s kinda right.”
That was the moment I realized I couldn’t just float through each day on autopilot.
The odds of us even existing are rarer than hitting the lottery ten times in a row.
And yet, here we are.
Which means just “existing” is a massive waste.
So, I made a choice to start living with purpose.
For me, that meant building a daily routine.
Trust me, it was messy at first (and honestly, still is).
However, over the years, I’ve picked up some habits that really stuck.
So here is my take on the perfect daily routine.
Not because anyone can (or should) follow it to the letter.
But because it’s a blueprint you can borrow from, adding pieces into your own day to make it a little sharper, healthier, and more…
