So you want to know how to hire a writer? Read on.

Here’s the deal, the more I look for a job, the more achingly obvious it is that employers looking for writers have no idea what they’re actually looking for. Learning how to hire a great writer is a skill unto itself. Just look at any freelancing website and you’ll see writers out there offering their services from anywhere between $5 and $500. If you’re not in the field, that discrepancy can be a bit daunting.
