When we first look at different ways to lead, we might think that some are better than others.
The truth is that leadership is shaped by the environment, and things may look different than expected.

In a toxic environment, the koala’s style of leadership is more likely to succeed than more aggressive ones.

Koalas are sedentary creatures that spend most of their time sitting or sleeping on their branch to conserve energy.
The explanation for this is because eucalyptus leaves are tough to digest (toxic environment?) and need a lot of energy.

This does not imply that they are slow. If they detect a threat in their immediate surroundings (two in a box?), they can respond quickly, though they will restore their stance as soon as the danger has passed.
Their tail (title?) is regarded as a vestigial feature that has lost any operational value as a result of evolutionary adaptation.
